And then there is separate roasting.

It requires longer and more complex processing, yet we prefer it. Because by individually roasting each type of coffee with times and temperatures designed exactly for it, the intrinsic characteristics of each bean will be preserved and its aromas enhanced.

Only then are the coffees blended according to the Cagliari family's recipes. This way each bean will be able to best express its tastes and aromas, and only in this way will the final blend have a homogeneous colour.
